Zero data storage calculator

All calculations and the letter generator run entirely in your web browser. Deposit amounts, dates, names and addresses you enter are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Solicitor enquiries

If you choose to send a consultation request, it is stored securely in our database. We use those details only to respond and, with your consent, to pass them to an SRA-regulated solicitor (lawful basis: consent, UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We keep enquiries for no longer than 12 months. You may withdraw consent and exercise your rights of access, rectification and erasure by writing to us via our contact page. You may complain to the ICO.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Essential technical cookies may be used by our hosting provider.
