Solicitor panel & introducer disclosure
Most tenants can handle a deposit claim themselves using our free letter. If you'd rather have a solicitor, here's exactly how our introductions work.

Introducer disclosure
Aurevon Group Ltd acts as an introducer. Where you ask us to, we pass your enquiry to a solicitor firm on our panel. That firm may pay us a fixed referral fee, which does not increase the amount you pay. You are free to choose any solicitor.
Panel standards
- Authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (verify on the SRA register).
- Clear written no-win-no-fee (conditional fee) terms, including any success fee cap.
- Professional indemnity insurance at SRA minimum levels.
- Compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct and the Legal Ombudsman complaints scheme.
Before you sign
Ask the firm for the percentage of compensation it will keep, who pays court fees, and what happens if the claim fails. You have a 14-day cooling-off period for agreements made at a distance.
